Sourdough Seeded Crackers

Each mix is a different percentage of organic roller milled white flour and organic stoneground rye flour and to this sunflower, pumpkin and poppy seeds are added a long with olive oil and salt. This mixture is then baked until dry and crispy and cut into rectangles. The crackers are perfect for dipping or topping with cheese or humous.
